Returns: Product returns are subject to Manufacturer Restrictions. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the Powerwarehouse.com policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Powerwarehouse.com before attempting to return any products. Your valid RMA# must be clearly marked on the package. All original packaging (original box, packing materials, diskettes, cables, registrations materials, documentation, etc.) must be included. Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. All returned merchandise must be sent prepaid (no COD's), and insured. Credit Card Charges: If necessary, Customer authorizes Powerwarehouse.com to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, or other charges, inaddition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
