Powerwarehouse.com provides a limited manufacturer warranty to the original owner (you) of our batteries against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase for a period of ONE (1) YEAR for the battery cell portion of the batteries. Powerwarehouse.com disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Returns:
Product returns are subject to Manufacturer Restrictions. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the Powerwarehouse.com policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Powerwarehouse.com before attempting to return any products. Your valid RMA# must be clearly marked on the package. All original packaging (original box, packing materials, diskettes, cables, registrations materials, documentation, etc.) must be included. Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. All returned merchandise must be sent prepaid (no COD's), and insured. Powerwarehouse.com will not pay for any returning packages.

• DEFECTIVE - Must be returned directly to Powerwarehouse.com within 15 days receipt, at Powerwarehouse.com's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.



• NON-DEFECTIVE - Must be returned directly to Powerwarehouse.com within 7 days from receipt, at Powerwarehouse.com's discretion for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.



• DAMAGED ITEMS - If merchandise arrives damaged; save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify Powerwarehouse.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. Damaged items must be reported within the same day.

Liability:
In no event shall Powerwarehouse.com be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such dmage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

Credit Card Charges:
If necessary, Customer authorizes Powerwarehouse.com to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
